Esperamos que todos estén pasando una buena semana. En esta ocasión os ofrecemos un plato típico de Perú, llamado Papas Huancaína. Consiste en patatas cocidas con una salsa hecha a base de ají amarillo, muy cremosa y con un sabor muy especial.
